Rolon Andrew Williams

Rolon Andrew Williams, 78, of Guys Mills, died suddenly at Spencer Hospital Monday, January 31, 1972.

He was born at Howard City, MI, March 15, 1893, a son of Cylon and Arribelle Preston Williams.  He first was married to Ruth Korp.  He subsequently married Ellen Burgett on September 26, 1943.

Mr. Williams was a retired heavy equipment operating engineer, attended Blooming Valley United Methodist Church and was a member of Meadville Eagles Lodge, Masonic Lodge 408 and Randolph Grange.

Surviving are his widow; three daughters, Mrs. Clifford (Margaret) Senne of Ann Arbor, MI, Mrs. Marion Williams of Alameda, CA and Miss Lois Williams of West Chester; a step daughter, Mrs. Jack (Joyce) Hanks of Sheffield Lake, OH; three sons, Donald of Akron, OH, Albert of Visalia, CA and Jack of Tampa, FL; two step sons, Samuel Maltby of Port Ritchie, FL and Russell Burgett of Sciotoville, OH; a brother, Ralph; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Radle Cemetery.
