Ruby Handley Walton

Mrs. Ruby Handley Walton, 38, wife of Donald F. Walton, died at her home in East Mead Township Monday afternoon after an illness of several weeks.  She was a graduate of Meadville High School and Edinboro State Teachers College and taught for several years at West Mead and Woodcock Township schools.

Surviving besides her husband are three sons, Frank, Arthur and Jack Walton, all at home; her father, Arthur Handley and a sister, Mrs. Paul C. Hamilton, both of East Mead Township and a brother, Ralph C. Handley of Woodcock Township.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
