Mrs. Sarah E. McQuiston, 79, of Meadville, died Saturday, January 26, 1963, at the Flickinger Convalescent Home after a long illness.
She was born in Cochranton, August 18, 1883, a daughter of William P. and Emma Medberry Hovis, and was the widow of Arthur V. McQuiston.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Helen) Smith and Mrs. Ernest (Frances) Gigone, both of Meadville; and three grandchildren, Richard E. Smith of Alameda, CA and Rodney and Gary Gigone of Meadville.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
