Stanley E. Lemon

Stanley E. Lemon, 71, of West Mead Township, died early Sunday morning following an illness of several months.

A farmer in the West Mead area for more than 40 years, Mr. Lemon was a member of Blooming Valley Grange.

He is survived by his widow, the former Susie Brawley; four daughters, Mrs. Clyde Bradshaw of Meadville, Mrs. Percy Tressler of Guys Mills, and Mrs. Melvin Schlosser of Conneautville; four sons, George of Saegertown, Frankl of Meadville, James at home and Pvt. Donald Lemon of Camp Blanding, FL; twenty-one grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Tessie Lines and a brother, David Lemon, both of Erie.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
