Thelma G. Winters

Thelma G. Winters, 92, a patient at North Park Manor Nursing Home, died there January 24, 1985, following a long illness.
She was born at Meadville April 28, 1892, a daughter of William T. and Laura B. McMichael Griffiths. She married Ralph J. Winters April 28, 1910. He preceded her in death August 28, 1983.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, a member and past grand noble of Myrtle Rebekahs, and a member of the Aux. of Spanish-American War Veterans.
She is survived by two sons, Russell N. Winters of Redwood City, CA and Gerald W. Winters of Meadville; one sister, Mrs. Laura Ayer of Bowling Green, OH; four grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, two brothers and two great-grandsons.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
