Thomas Edward See

Thomas E. See, 80 years old, of Greenville, passed away on Wednesday May 6th, 2026 at home. He was born in Hadley, PA on February 5, 1946 to Melvin and Margaret See.

He graduated from Commadore Perry High School in 1964.

On June 12, 1965 he married Helen J. Reseigh See; she preceded him in death on November 29, 2024.

Tom was previously employed at Safeway Roller Rink, Hadley as a Skate Guard; Bessemer Lake Erie Railroad, Greenville; Arco Gas Station, Greenville and PPG Works 8, Meadville, PA where he retired after 32 years. After his retirement, he worked for Anderson Coach and Travel as a van driver and aide. He and his wife did local craft shows throughout the region for 20+ years.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Richard See; in-laws, Howard and Dorothy Reseigh; brothers-in-law, James Finch and Howard “Skip” Reseigh.

He in survived by two daughters, Constance (Jeff) Needels, of Hendersonville, TN and Kimberly See, of Greenville who was his caregiver for the past 2 years; a son, Thomas E. See Jr., of Greenville; three sisters-in-law, Janet Finch, of Shippenville, PA, Betty Peterson, and Mary Jo Bonci, both of Greenville, PA.

Also surviving are his grandchildren, Jessica (Rick) Grace, of Sulpher Springs, TX; Veronica, Billy, and Katie Needels, all of Hendersonville, TN; great grandchildren, David and Evangeline Grace, of Sulpher Springs, TX; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

As per Tom’s wishes, there will be no services.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorial contributions can be made in Tom’s name to Dr. Edgardo Lob Memorial Cancer Care Fund, C/O The UPMC Horizon Community Health Foundation 110 North Main St, Greenville, PA 16125, which was a cause near and dear to his heart due to his late wife’s illness.

He will be laid to rest at Hadley Cemetery.
