Timothy W. Ohlsen

Timothy W. Ohlsen, 10-week-old son of Michael and Diane Miller Ohlsen of Meadville, died suddenly Sunday, February 1, 1981, at Spencer Hospital following a brief illness.
He was born in Meadville on November 15, 1980.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, include a brother, Michael J. at home; maternal grandparents, William and Frances Miller of Mercer; paternal grandparents, John and Dorothy Ohlsen of Somers Point, NJ; paternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Sophia Ohlsen of Maywood, NJ and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
