Mrs. Vera T. Krieghoff, 83, of Meadville, died Monday, August 30, 1976, at City Hospital where she had been a patient of two weeks.
Born in Detroit, September 12, 1892, she was a daughter of John T. and Maud Anthony Travers. She was the widow of William K. Krieghoff formerly was a vocalist in small groups in churches and on the radio in the Detroit area. She attended Detroit public schools and was a member of the King's Daughters and Sons.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Vera) Crispin of Meadville; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. William T. Krieghoff of Grosse Pointe, MI; a brother, Russell L. Travers of Holiday, FL; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in White Chapel Memorial Cemetery, Detroit.
