W. Dale Dickson

W. Dale Dickson, 59, of Linesville, died Friday morning, September 11, 1959, at his home after a long illness.
He was born in Vernon Township October 23, 1900, a son of William D. and Edith Drake Dickson. He married the former Evelyn Bossard, October 15, 1927. He operated Dickson's garage in Linesville and had been a resident there since 1924. He spent much of his early life in the Blooming Valley area where he was a member of the Methodist Church.
Surviving are his widow; two sisters, Mrs. Merle F. (Winifred) Bideaux of Woodcock Borough and Mrs. John N. (Dorothy) Alford of Blooming Valley; and several nieces and nephews.
His father died a week ago at the age of 87.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
