Walter C. Pearson

Walter C. Pearson, 89, formerly of Mill Village, died suddenly Sunday, June 29, 1969, at Flagler Hospital, St. Augustine for the past four years.

He was born in Warsaw, Poland, May 26, 1880.  He married the former Harriet Dowler Hale August 24, 1958.  She died in August 1965.  He was a retired employee of Consolidated Edison Co. of New York.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Jones of St. Augstine; a step-daughter, Mrs. Dale (Capitola) Ferlin of Meadville; two sons, Dr. Walter Charles of Evergreen, CO and Francis Piasecki of Torrance, CA; a step-son, James Hale of Mill Village and two sisters, Mrs. Carrie O'Connor of New Shrewsbury, NJ and Mrs. Stacia Leucht of Orange, NJ.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Mill Village Cemetery, Erie County.
