Wilbur Lloyd Mcfadden

Wilbur Lloyd McFadden, 79, of Meadville, died at Spencer Hospital Friday, May 10, 1974.  He had been in failing health.

A son of William and Linnie King McFadden, he was born in Richmond Township, July 7, 1894.  He married Ethelyn B. McClaughry in 1918.  He was employed as a welder by the former Erie Railroad Co., then for 10 years in the maintenance department of Allegheny College.  He was a member of New Richmond United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his widow; a son, James L. McFadden of Meadville; a sister, Mrs. Merle (Luella) Kougher of Meadville; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A daughter, Alma, preceded him in death.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
