Wilbur V. Miller

Wilbur V. Miller, 80, of Meadville, died Sunday, August 6, 1989, at Meadville Medical Center, following a short illness.

Mr. Miller was born at Pittsburgh, February 8, 1909, a son of John G. and Cornelia Scoville Miller.  He married Dorothy Dean, June 28, 1939.  She survives.

Mr. Miller retired in 1967 from FMC Corp. as a supervisor in the spinning department after 36 years.  In retirement, he worked for Meadville New Products from 1968 to 1981.  He was a member of Stone United Methodist Church since 1929.

Survivors in addition to his wife include a brother, Don S. Miller of Meadville and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
