Wilhelmina Glaubach

Wilhelmina Glaubach, 89, of Cleveland, OH, formerly of Meadville, died Friday, October 27, 1995, at Meridia-Euclid Hospital following a lengthy illness.

She was born in Erie, January 24, 1906, a daughter of William and Clara (Brown) Sommer.  She married Kurt C. Glaubach, June 27, 1931.  He preceded her in death May 9, 1964.

She was a 1927 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where she was a member of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority.  She was a member of Meadville YWCA, Church Women United and Emmanuel United Church of Christ.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Marguerite) Eckart of Cleveland, OH; a son, William Glaubach of Chalfont, PA; a sister, Theodora Knight of Drexel Hill, PA; eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by two sons, Peter and John Glaubach.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Erie Cemetery.
