William E. Prenatt
August 20, 1929 — November 18, 1990
William E. Prenatt, 61, of Meadville, died at home, Sunday, November 18, 1990, of a sudden illness.
He was born in Meadville on August 20, 1929, a son of Leon and Mary Duval Prenatt. He married Shirley Plattner on June 21, 1958. She preceded him in death July 31, 1983.
He was employed at Avtex, with 26 years of service. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2006, Meadville and the West Mead Volunteer Fire Department.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Timothy (Mary) Niemi of Erie and Judy Prenatt of Meadville; two brothers, Arden and Thomas Prenatt, both of Meadville; a grandson and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Kiser Hill Cemetery.
