William F. Kough

William F. Kough, 77, of Meadville, died Tuesday, November 28, 1995 at Meadville Medical Center following an illness of several months.

He was born March 15, 1918 in Springboro, a son of the late Grant and Margaret Graham Kough.  He married June E. Shank, December 25, 1948.  She survives.

He was employed by American Viscose Corp. for 28 years.  He subsequently worked for 16 years as a night auditor at Holiday Inn, subsequently Quality Inn and finally Days Inn.  In his retirement, he worked at Lakeview Manor Mobile Home Park.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.  He served as a Sergeant in the US Army Air Corps during World War II in North Africa and Italy.

Survivors, in addition to his wife, include a sister, Myrna E. Colt of Grove City; a brother, Russell Kough of Meadville and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
