William G. Lemon

William G. Lemon, 34, of Meadville, died April 9, 1973 at Tamarack Lake as a result of a boating mishap.

He was born in Meadville, February 21, 1939, a son of George F. and Evelyn T. Bossard Lemon.  He married Micelle O'Neill on June 28, 1969.

Mr. Lemon was a manager of the Boron Service Station at Park Avenue and Arch Street.  He was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ, Crawford Masonic Lodge, New Castle Consistory, Meadville Grotto, Meadville Elks Lodge, West Mead 2 VFD and the Meadville Club.  He was a graduate of Townville High School, attended Slippery Rock State College and served four years in the US Navy.

Survivors include his widow; a son, William Thomas, at home; and his parents of Meadville.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
